COURSE DESCRIPTION
Kanban is a visual workflow management method that depends on real-time communication of capacity and full transparency of work. It defines, manages, and improves activities that deliver knowledge work. Kanban in Japanese means’ billboard’ and was originally a scheduling system created by Toyota to carry out just-in-time manufacturing.
Using this method, teams create a ‘Kanban Board’ that consists of cards representing tasks and columns responsible for organizing those tasks by their progress or current development stages.
